About the Author: Ingrid Sutton has been in the industry for 15 years! She has been in contact with hundreds of different shop owners giving her insights to what works and what doesn't. She has owned three dog washes, manufactured supplies, invented products and is she is now sharing this information to help others build fun, successful and prosperous businesses!
The one thing she always disliked was the animosity she felt from other businesses.
